Guys and girls, what's the ONE tip that I've given that you feel has benefitted you most. So far the most popular ones are;
1. Pulling in front of a squat rack, to stop hips rising first
2. Activating the back
3. Squatting with knees forward and punching them in quick to shoot out the hole.
Actually in response to point 3, I rather you think squatting hips going down into toes.
